What our clients say:

“I had very high expectations of this course and they have been exceeded. The tutors modelled superbly the way we would all like to deliver training.”
Marie Whitefoot, L&D Manager, Borough of Telford and Wrekin

I was delighted with the Communications Skills workshop Stellar Learning provided for us, which fully met all our objectives. As you would expect, it was delivered in a style which was both professional and empathetic, but in my view its success was principally down to careful preparation which included training needs analyses with each individual and the creation of a rich and inspiring learning environment, which was obviously the subject of a lot of thought and effort.
George Derbyshire, Chief Executive, National Federation of Enterprise Agencies

Thanks for the course which made a big difference when I ran a session on an introduction to the teaching labs the next day - instead of showing the students round the labs and us pointing out all the safety equipment - we gave them some scenarios to work out how they would deal with the problem and to find for themselves where all the safety kit was. Most of the students got really involved in the exercise and I am certain they will remember a lot more!  Plus all the staff that I told about the exercise got really enthused as well.
Sue Couling - University of York.

Thank you, I enjoyed Writing for Impact.  Today I have put it to good use by writing a clearer e-mail to a foreign customer. I look forward to using my new skills in writing my project review, and will read the 7 Steps as a reminder. Nigel, Shell Global Solutions.

P.S. That’s the first time I have written “enjoyed” and “writing” in the same sentence ;-)

I have seen Stellar Learning do some amazing stuff at our sessions to show how IT subject matter can been be communicated / taught effectively to non techies and I can see all sorts of ways of using their tools & techniques to help techies develop their communication by working with them to gain understanding about how communication “works”.  Sam Swinstead, CHallenge Manager

It was a pleasure working with Stella at Talking Training. A number of delegates approached us after the event to let us know how impressed they were with your delivery and the content of your session.   Emelie Bratt, EventsManager, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health

I would just like to tell you all about a real acheivement to day.  I have just done a half day programme titled "Dealing with difficult people" - their title not mine!  These are usually a sceptical and questionning bunch but thanks to the AL approach - walking along time lines etc. there were 100% rave reviews!
Helen Ashton, First Class Learning and Development

Doing the workshop has changed the way I put together information, ensuring that what I prepare reaches everyone in my audience, and that they retain more of the content.
The course itself was really interesting, very interactive and lots of fun, and was so successful as a pilot course that we have worked with Stellar Learning to devise a bespoke version that is now part of the RNLI course catalogue. Tracey Saunders, RNLI

The feedback for the course has been excellent. I have had several good echoes coming back to me from various people, including management. I would like to thank you both again for your dedication and making this course a great training for all the participants.  Didier Danillon, Astra Zeneca

I just thought that I would write and let you know that I really enjoyed the workshop. It has emphasised my need to really take note of my audience and to try and make my emails more personal to influence the people I have to deal with.  I think this will help me to score goals of my own!
Alan Shaw, DWP

Thank you for leading such an inspiring Campaign Leadership training for us on Friday. I enjoyed the day enormously, and I know that the delegates left with a revitalised took-kit of skills for leading a personal campaign. For me, it was a joy to spend a day in such a creative, permissive, and fun learning environment.
Laura Greene, Breakthrough

I’m starting a new job on Monday. It’s with an organisation that provides training and consultancy, and my role will be in Management Development training. I’m sure the brain-friendly learning course helped me to get the job. I had a 3-stage assessment process, one of which included a 45 minute training session, it all definitely came in useful then.
Ann Molyneux

Thanks to all of you - it was superb.  So excited was I after intense months of providing for others, that here was something I could be a participant in. And it ticked more than all the boxes I came with.   Thanks again - really was excellent and generous of you all. I hope you’re receiving deserved appreciation all round. Leaders in learning most certainly.
Clare Haynes, WIldfire
